HADLOW (St. Mary), a parish, in the union and lowey of Tonbridge, lathe of Aylesford, W division of Kent, 3½ miles NE from Tonbridge. There are places of worship for Baptists and Wesleyans.[1]
"Hadlow is, ecclesiastically, in the diocese of Canterbury, in the archdeaconry of Canterbury and in the deanery of North Malling. The church is named St. Mary with registers commencing 1558.
Hadlow, is a village and a parish in Tunbridge district, Kent. The village stands on an effluent of the Medway, 1-1/2 mile north of the Medway navigation, and 4 northeast of Tunbridge rail station..."[2]
