This ancient parish (AP) was created before 1813. Church of England records began in 1653.
SCORBROUGH (St. Leonard), a parish, in the union of Beverley, Hunsley-Beacon division of the wapentake of Harthill, E. riding of York, 4½ miles(N. N. W.) from Beverley.[1]
