Melbecks Holy Trinity at Low Row is an Ecclesiastical Parish in the county of Yorkshire, created in 1841 from Grinton, Yorkshire Ancient Parish. Other places in the parish include: Barf End, Wintering Garths, Blaides, Feetham, Gunnerside, Kearton, Lodge Green, Long Row, Longrow, Low Row, Melbecks Moor, Poting, Poting and Winserings, Smarber, Winserings, and Barfend.
MELBECKS, a township, in the parish of Grinton, union of Richmond, wapentake of Gilling-West, N. riding of York, 14 miles (W. by S.) from Richmond. There are places of worship for Presbyterians and Wesleyans.[1]
