Newfoundland and Labrador is the easternmost province of Canada, in the country's Atlantic region. The province comprises the island of Newfoundland and the continental region of Labrador. Labrador has a land border with both the province of Quebec, as well as a short border with the territory of Nunavut on Killiniq Island.[1] See Newfoundland and Labrador History for more information.
