- 1819-1899 Probate records and various court documents, 1819-1899 Inventories
- "This collection includes legal process related to probate of wills and estate matters as well as various court documents. Although these documents came to the Provincial Archives from the Central Circuit, it is important to note that several circuits are represented, especially Labrador and the Southern Circuit. There is an inventory sheet for each box listing the cases in the order in which they were filmed (gives first and last name and file number). There are often quite a few court cases within a file. The inventory for each box has usually been filmed at the beginning of each file within the box. The inventories have also been filmed together on one microfilm reel.
