Parish History
Finghall is an Ancient Parish in the county of Yorkshire. Burton Constable, Yorkshire is a chapelry of Finghall.Other places in the parish include: Aikbar, Newton le Willows, Hutton Hang, and Akebar.
FINGALL, or Finghall, a township and a parish in Leyburn district, N. R. Yorkshire. There are a Wesleyan chapel, and charities.[1]
FINGALL (St. Andrew), a parish, in the union of Leyburn, wapentake of Hang-West, N. riding of York; containing, with the townships of Akebar and Hutton-Hang, and the chapelry of Burton-Constable. [2]
