Add courthouse information to the pages for each of the 29 counties.
- Picture (historical or current). Be sure it is not copyrighted, upload it to the Wiki (include copyright and other info in the description when uploading), and include it on the county page.
- Address (physical and mailing)
- Phone(s)
- Website address and link

To resolve: Put these in the info box at the top of each county, under the heading Courthouse, both, or whichever? See Garfield County and Salt Lake County for examples.
