Kansas Church Records
Before 1900 the largest religious groups in Kansas were the Methodist-Episcopal, Catholic, Baptist, Presbyterian, and Disciples of Christ.[citation needed]

The Methodist came to the area in the 1830, the Baptist and Presbyterian in 1837.
