These new collections need to be added to county pages for different states.

Task List
- NOTE: You can scroll through tabs on Google Sheets. Next to the first tab, there are four lines stacked vertically. If you click that, you can see a complete list of all tabs on the Google Sheet. Additionally, next to the last tab, there are right and left arrows that you can click to scroll through.
Beginning Instructions
There are new collections that need to be added separately to the counties in 4 different states.
1. You will need to sign up for a locality under a collection title tab on the [URLTask List].
2. Go to the instructions for the specific collection below.
1. Illinois Death Record - Available
Task List
Step One - Sign Up
Sign your name next to a county on the Illinois Death Records tab of the task list.
- NOTE: You can scroll through tabs on Google Sheets. Next to the first tab, there are four lines stacked vertically. If you click that, you can see a complete list of all tabs on the Google Sheet. Additionally, next to the last tab, there are right and left arrows that you can click to scroll through.
Step Two - Click the Link
Using the links on the task list, click the county you want to work on.
Step Three - Click Deaths in the Contents
In the contents, select Deaths. This should jump you down to where we will be adding the collection. You can also just scroll down to this subheading.
Step Four - Click Edit Source next to Deaths
- Click Edit Source next to Deaths.
- Copy the following code and paste it in chronological order by date.
Exceptions:
- If the link is already on the page, replace it with this new link to make it match the new manual of style. Do not worry about other entries on the page that are not in accordance with the manual of style.
- If there are no other entries with dates, put this as the first bullet.
- These databases will probably be out of chronological order. You can take the time to reorder them and then put the new collection in the section.

Step Five - Show Preview and Save the Page
- Click Show Preview to make sure it looks good and the link works.
- Enter in
/* Deaths */ New Collections Project
as the Summary.
- Click Save Changes.

2. Missouri Death Record - Available

Step Four - Locate the Link you are Replacing
Locate the link. If the link is not there, go to Step Six

Step Five - Click Edit Source next to Deaths
If the link is on the page, click Edit Source next to Deaths and remove the link.
Step Six - Copy and Paste the Link
