Palestine, officially the Palestine, is in the southern Levant region of the Middle East and is bordered by Israel, Jordan, and Egypt.[1] It currently consists of the territories of the West Bank and Gaza.[2] The scope of Palestine Wiki pages encompasses all of historic Palestine and its inhabitants before 1948, including Ottoman-controlled Palestine and the British Mandate of Palestine, the West Bank and Gaza post 1948, and the modern Palestine administered by the Palestinian Authority. The official language of the Palestine is Arabic. Due to the region's complex history, records from Palestine may be in a variety of languages, namely Ottoman Turkish.
