::Looking at [[User:Saguache214|Caroline]]'s [[Special:Contributions/Saguache214|contributions]] I believe the ''image'' in question was [[:File:1858.pdf]]. The {{tl|title}} flag had been added to the page in [https://www.familysearch.org/learn/wiki/en/index.php?title=File:1858.pdf&diff=prev&oldid=584196 March 2011]. Since then a more appropriate flag has been created to use in situation such as this {{tl|rename media}}.
