	::Looking at [[User:Saguache214\|Caroline]]'s [[Special:Contributions/Saguache214\|contributions]] I believe the ''image'' in question was [[:File:1858.pdf]]. The {{tl\|title}} flag had been added to the page in [https://www.familysearch.org/learn/wiki/en/index.php?title=File:1858.pdf&diff=prev&oldid=584196\|March ~~2001~~]. Since then a more appropriate flag has been created to use in situation such as this {{tl\|rename media}}.
