I wondered if when the probate records section becomes a task, in addition to ascertaining the county clerk contact website, if we shouldn't also be sending an email to the respective county clerk alerting him that the FS wiki is linking to the page and why we are doing it. Then at the same time might we include what we think are that offices probate holdings and ask for verification/additions.<br> | |||
If we don't do that, when we cite the county clerks probate holdings, we will also need a citation to the ''Handy Book for Genealogists''. Which then begs the question, even if we have a citation for each county clerks probate listings, are we using too much of the ''The Handy Book for Genealogists'' content? Maybe not if just Utah?
