Record type: Population statistics.
Time period: 1914 to present.
Contents: Names, relationships, number of households for each city, town or village, unmarried mature males, widowed heads of households, land and property owners.
Location: National Archives, regional archives and in The National Archives, London
Population coverage: Approximately 65% of the British, and 30% of the Nigerians; this includes, however, some individuals not found in other records such as, servants.
Reliability: Generally good, some gaps.[1]
