Albany, Oxford County, Maine Genealogy

Albany is an extinct town, now an unorganized territory (township) in the South Oxford townships of Oxford County, Maine. Albany was settled in 1784, and the town was organized in 1803.[1] Part of Albany was set off to Waterford in 1811. Albany surrendered its town organization in 1937.[2]
