37th Regiment, Indiana Infantry

Brief History

This unit was organized at Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and mustered in September 18, 1861. It was ordered to Washington, D. C., via Richmond, Virginia, April 29-May 20 and Grand Review May 24. They moved to Louisville, Kentucky, June, and there mustered out July 25, 1865.
