This template has been designed to be placed at the top of user talk pages.
The notice requests that users follow the following conventions
- post new messages at the bottom of the page
- sign your comments
- use section headings to separate conversation topics
It also provides links to the following guidelines/policy
When added to a user talk page, it will also display a prominent link to Start a new talk topic
