Purpose
- Add the Computer Aided Indexing template to Historical Records articles for collections that are/will be using Artificial Intelligence to create the indexes.

Task List
Step One - Sign Up
- Go to the task list and sign your name next to a Historical Records Wiki page.
- Click on the link. It will make a search of the Wiki and give your results. You should see the Historical Records article at the top. Click on the correct link to open the Historical Records Collection Wiki page.
Step Two - Click Edit Source for "Index and Image Visibility"
- Click on edit source by the header, Index and Image Visibility. It should be the 2nd heading at the top on the Wiki page.
Step Three - Copy Wikitext Code
- Copy the following wikitext code.

Step Four - Paste ABOVE the Header
- Paste the code above the header, Index and Image Visibility.
Step Five - Preview the Page
- Click Show Preview to make sure it looks good and the link works.
- Enter in the following in the summary:
Added CAI template - project
- Click Save Changes.
Step Six - Go back to the Task List
- Go to the Task List and add the date next to your name.
- Sign up for a new historical records collection page to work on: Task List.
