Purpose[edit | edit source]
- Adding online Learning Wiki page links to the infoboxes in the Historical Records collections Wiki pages.

Part A -[edit | edit source]
Step One - Sign Up[edit | edit source]
- Go to the task list and sign your name next to a Historical Records Wiki page.
- Click on the link to open the Wiki page.
Step Two - Click on Edit Source[edit | edit source]
- At the top of the Historical Records Wiki page, click on Edit Source.
Step Three - Copy Wikitext[edit | edit source]
- Copy the following wikitext:
[[COUNTRY Online Learning]]
Step Four - Find Correct Line[edit | edit source]
- Use ctrl + F to locate the correct line to add the link to.
Step Five - Paste Wikitext[edit | edit source]
- Paste the link to the infobox.
Step Six - Change the Wikitext[edit | edit source]
- Replace COUNTRY with the name of the country that relates to the Wiki page.
For example:
[[United States Online Learning]]
Step Seven - Preview the Page[edit | edit source]
- Click Show Preview to make sure it looks good and the link works.
- Enter in the following in the summary:
Added Online Learning link - project
- Click Save Changes.
Step Eight - Go back to the Task List[edit | edit source]
- Go to the Task List and add the date next to your name.
- Sign up for a new historical records collection page to work on: Task List.
