  • Medical records for Australia include hospital and asylum records, infectious disease registers, and annual alphabetical lists of invalids.
  • Of particular genealogical value are the registers of hospitals and asylums. These registers usually include the patient’s name, sex, age, marital condition, residence, occupation, and religion.
