Parish History[edit | edit source]
HOUNSLOW St Stephen Hounslow was a district church created in 1877. It lies in the parish of Isleworth, but chiefly in that of Heston, county of Middlesex, 9½ miles WSW from London; The ancient chapel of the priory, which, after the Reformation, was used as a chapel of ease to Heston. There are places of worship for Independents and Wesleyans.[1]
St Stephen Hounslow was a district church, created in the year 1877, lying partly within the civil parishes of Isleworth and chiefly in Heston.
