Langton by Partney in the civil parish of Langton by Spilsby is an Ancient Parish.

The original parish church of St Peter was destroyed by fire. The replacement church of  St Peter and St Paul was built in 1725.

Parish registers date from 1558.

There are several Langton parishes in the Diocese of Lincoln. Do not confuse with Langton, Lincolnshire Langton by Wragby, Lincolnshire

This parish was in the Spilsby sub-district of Spilsby registration district.
