Parish History[edit | edit source]
DALSTON, a suburban village, in the parish of Hackney, Tower division of the hundred of Ossulstone, county of Middlesex, 2½ miles (N. N. E.) from London. A church, dedicated to St. Philip, and capable of accommodating 1000 persons, was consecrated in August, 1841.[1]
Holy Trinity Beechwood Road, Dalston was built by about the year 1879 and lies within the boundaries of the civil parish of St John Hackney.
