<BR> BREATHE LIFE INTO YOUR FAMILY HISTORY THRU DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY - Saturday, April 22, 1P - 4P - Instructor, Ronald Madsen - Photographs and other digital images are major enhancements to Family History. Most everyone has a camera in their pocket and a shoe-box full of dog-eared photos and documents. In this class we will learn how to collect, or "Capture," organize, enhance, archive, and label Family History photos and documents. Ron Madson, a photographer for over 20 years, realized his 12 year interest in genealogy could be benefited by digitizing his family history. His 45 years of IT and image processing experience helped him develop a method for image editing, labeling, and digital organization to greatly assist all aspects of family history researchWith a BS and MS in Math, he served 7 years as the educational coordinator for the largest international IBM computer users group and for 10 years he was the technical education coordinator for an international insurance company.  THIS IS A CLASS NOT TO BE MISSED.  Pre-register at: [mailto:fhcoakland@gmail.com fhcoakland@gmail.com]or 510-531-3905.
