How Caple St Andrew and St Mary is an Ancient Parish and includes the hamlet of Totnor within the parish.

The church of St Andrew and St Mary dates from the 14th century wirh restorations in 1889, 1910-1912 and the 1920's and 1930's. It has been designated a grade II* listed building by English Heritage British listed building

HOW-CAPLE, a village and a parish in Ross district, Hereford. The village stands near the river Wye, 2¾ miles ENE of Fawley r. station, and 4½ NNE of Ross. ^[1]
