Land and Property[edit | edit source]
Land and Property records include lists of landholders, taxation, description of lands held, lists of workers. The records begin in 1790 and go to 1930. The information that may be included are name of landholder, lands held, taxes paid, lists of previous landholders. May list workers, sometimes families. The records can be located at the National Archives in Antananarivo.
