- Add records to the appropriate heading for each Alaska location.

Step One - Sign Up[edit | edit source]
- Go to the task list and select a tab to work on: task list
Step Two - Click the Link[edit | edit source]
- On the tab you chose, put your name beside all of the rows that are for the same place. If there are 5 rows with Aleutians West Census Area on the tab, put your name by each Aleutians West Census Area row.
Step Three - Open the Wiki page[edit | edit source]
- Click on a link for the row you signed up for. If you signed up for Aleutians West Census Area, click on one of the links to open the Wiki page.
Step Four - Copy the Collections[edit | edit source]
- Go back to the tab on the task list and copy all the rows in Column D for the place you signed up for. For Aleutians West Census Area, you would select 2 thru 6.
Step Five - Paste it on the Wiki Page[edit | edit source]
- Now go back to the Wiki page to locate the header for the record type tab you are working on. For this example, we are doing Business, Commerce, and Occupations. Thus, look for Business, Commerce and Occupations on the Aleutians West Census Area Wiki page.
- Click on "Edit source" for record type header you are working on.
- Paste the collections under the header and intro, or if there are other collections on the page, underneath the last collection under the header.
Step Six - Put the Collections in Order[edit | edit source]
- Review the new collections you added to the page and cut and paste the collections in chronological order. If there are other collections already under the header, merge the new collections in with that list.
Step Seven - Double Check for Capitalization[edit | edit source]
- Read over the collections to make sure the title is correctly capitalized and to see if anything else needs to be fixed.
Step Eight - Review the Collections and Save the Page[edit | edit source]
- Once you have put all the collections in chronological order, go down the page and click Show Preview to make sure it looks good and the link works.
NOTE: If for some reason a link you added does not work correctly, save it to the page and make a note in column E. We'll review it and fix it after the project is done.
- Copy and paste the following AFTER the information already in the field:
Added RECORDTYPE Databases - Project
- For the example above, you would paste, Added Business, Commerce, and Occupations Databases - Project AFTER the content already in the edit summary field: /* Business, Commerce, and Occupations */
- Save the page
