Cemetery headstone inscriptions from the Oak Hill Cemetery in San Jose, California. The inscriptions were made by the Santa Clara Historical and Genealogical Society as a part of a cemetery project.   • Try different spellings of your ancestor’s name
  • Remember that sometimes individuals went by nicknames or alternated between using first and middle names
