Parish History[edit | edit source]

PITTON, a chapelry, in the parish, union, and hundred of Alderbury, Salisbury and Amesbury, and S.divisions of Wiltshire. It is located 4½ miles (E. by N.) from Salisbury and 4 miles (E by N) of Salisbury railway station. [1] [2][3]
