Closed for State Holidays: New Year's day, Martin Luther King day, President's day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Columbus day, Veterans' day, Thanksgiving day, and Christmas day.

The State Library of Ohio is located in the historic Jeffrey Manufacturing Building within Italian Village, the Short North Arts District, and just north of downtown Columbus. The library has easy access no-cost parking.^[3]
