Editing in the Wiki (all language wikis)
- Editing ends on June 1 - all current editors to lose editing rights (you'll get an email)
- Editing for staff, missionaries, and library editors will return on June 16th
- Either take a break, watch RootsTech videos, or do your own research
- New process should be in place by June 16th. We'll reach out to you.
Yammer
- Our FamilySearch Group in Yammer will be deleted in August - our last day for us will be June 15
- We will move to the Church's Engage (formerly called Yammer) and we will have our same groups.
- Supposedly we can export data. I haven't been able to prove this fact. If you have something in Yammer you want to keep, please copy it now.
- Start using Engage on June 16, we will add you before then so you can review it
- YOU MUST HAVE ACCESS TO https://churchofjesuschrist.sharepoint.com/sites/Home TO USE ENGAGE - contact Danielle if you can't get in right now
- No longer have access through your personal email address.
- Community members will no longer have access to yammer/engage as per Church management
