WikiProject:Database and Book Links for MENA Topic Pages
Purpose
We need to add database and book links to MENA topic pages.

Instructions
1. Open the task list, choose a country to work on from the tabs at the bottom of the task list and add your name to the Name column.
2. Open the Wiki Main Page and type in the country you are going to work on and go to that page. We will use Algeria as our example.
3. From the main country page you are going to concentrate on the right sidebar.
4. On the right sidebar notice the sections for Record Type pages and Background pages that are available.
5. In the Wiki Page column, on the task list is the page you will be putting the information on.

- NOTE: If there is not a page with the name you are looking for on the sidebar, email or yammar me and I will get one made for you.

6. Click on the page in the right sidebar to open it.
7. On the records type page find the Online Resources and click the edit source option.
8. Copy the code in the Code to copy/paste column.
9. Paste it under the Online Sources heading.
- If there are other entries put it in alphabetically.
- NOTE 10 or more collections: If there are 10 or more collections on a page please add subheadings to break up the collections.
- For instance, if there are 10 or more church record entries make subheadings for the different denominations. (See video instructions for example.)

10. Click Show preview to double check the link you added looks good and doesn't have anything weird about it.
- If there is something off with the link code, do not save the page; instead, send me an email or a yammer so I can get it fixed.

11. Copy the following statement and paste it into the Summary of your edit:

12. Click Save changes, add the date completed in the Date column and continue on to the next Wiki page in the task list.
