Instructions for Parish[edit | edit source]
1. Choose a county from the tabs at the bottom of the Task List.
2. Put your name in the "Name" column of the parish you want to start with.
3. Click on the parish link which will take you to the parish page.
4. Check to see if there is a Cemeteries heading under Find Neighboring Parishes section.
5. If there is click the edit source button next to the Cemeteries heading.
- NOTE: If there is NO Cemeteries heading put "No Cemetery Section" in the Notes column of the task list. And go to the next parish on the task list. (We will add the cemetery section in a separate project).
6. Copy and paste the code in column E of the task list under the Cemeteries heading.
- NOTE: If there is a list of information already there put the new code directly underneath the information that is already there.
7. If there is another link for the parish add it now following steps 4-6.
8. Click Show preview to double check that the link you added looks good and doesn't have anything weird about it.
- If there is something off with the link code, do not save the page. Send Virginia a Yammer or an email.
9. When all of the links are added Copy the following statement and paste it into the Summary of your edit:
