Statewide registration of births and deaths began in 1908 in Oklahoma. Births records created 125 years ago and earlier and death records created 50 years ago and earlier are considered open records and can be obtained by qualifying individuals. See Oklahoma State Department of Health’s website for more information.

Copies of marriages can be obtained from the county clerk.
