Stratton, Vermont at Wikipedia

Stratton was chartered on July 30, 1761 by Benning Wentworth. In many respects, Stratton resembles Somerset, high in the mountains and never having many residents. The 2010 US Census population was 216.  It is perhaps the presence of a major ski area that has kept it from becoming the ghost town Somerset now is.  [1][2]
