This standard reply implies that I am not completing the Geograph template correctly when I am in fact providing all the required field information which is reflected in the loaded image. :Hi Amberley, thank you for your comments. I knew that had been some problems when this template was first introduced and that support were insisting on uploads using {{tl|information}}. I thought that when this issue was resolved that everything was now working OK. Now that I am aware of the continuing problems with this mismatch of information provided and response, I will contact those I know in support to have them update their processes. I agree with you on the naming issue. Are uploaders changing the name of the files you are submitting? Once a file is uploaded and the name is inappropriate the file can be marked to be renamed with the template {{tl|rename media}}.
