Declo is a farming district lying east of Burley. Declo a station on the Burley and Idaho main branch of the Oregon Short Line Railroad is nine miles east of Burley, near the south bank of the Snake River and on the state highway leading from Burley to Pocatello. It is also on the old Oregon Trail. Declo was formerly called Marshfield. The total population was 1,088 in 1930. | |||
