:It is located inside the Congress of the State of Guanajuato. The objective of this museum is to consolidate the dissemination of the collection of documents that protects the Directorate of the Diario de los Debates and General Archive of the Legislative Power, in order to increase the legislative culture in the population, as well as contribute to the dissemination of the parliamentary history of Guanajuato and Mexico. It shows a permanent collection that gives an account of the events that occurred between 1822 and 1917, there is also a replica of the Canopy of the Plenary Hall of the former seat of the Legislative Power that was in operation until 2016. It has an area for temporary exhibitions where various documentary, photographic or historical object samples are presented, among others.
