| 1.Sort the gazetteer spreadsheet by highlighting the whole sheet, clicking on data, selecting sort range, column K and sort A-Z. This will shift all rows with notes in the notes column to the top of the sheet. <br>

| 3. When you get to a note, read it. It may list an alternate archive for the locality. Replace the name of that archive with the archive listed in the archive column for that line.<br><br>
