I read in the community meeting chat on December 1, that Laralee wondered why adding the helpme template, which automatically adds the user page to this category, does not show up on the watchlist for this category.

Watchlists only show edits/changes to pages/categories and not when they are used/linked to (see MediaWiki:Manual:Watchlist and Help:Watching_pages#Alternatives_to_watchlists).

I've noticed that helpme tag is not being used properly.  I put up a help me and have read others and see that whoever responds automatically change the helpme to help-me-help without follwing through to be sure there is a solution.  If you respond to a help me and offer no help or solution do not change the tag  to help-me-helped.  There is more than one helper that may want to weigh in on a matter.    Donjgen 19:37, 28 January 2012 (UTC)
