The Lutheran Church of Guam was established in 1969 and is supported by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. The church first came to Guam in 1963 as the Lutheran Serviceman’s Center with a congregation consisting mainly of military personnel.
