Each unit will fill out a registration form with the name of a Consultant and a contact person with the email and phone number for both people. The Unit Consultant will be responsible to contact the FamilySearch center (801-784-2100) for the name and phone number of the instructor who will meet with them at least one week prior to their visit to work on the lesson for their group. This will help to ensure that the most current information is being taught and that a positive, uplifting experience is enjoyed by all. If this does not occur your unit visit will be canceled. The Unit Consultant will be responsible to teach the class. It is necessary that other consultants or helpers who understand what is to be taught be in the room to assist. We suggest one helper for every five students. The Center instructor will also be in the room to set up the equipment, assist with the instruction and make sure the most current and correct information is being taught.
