This family reconstruction, based on baptismal records from 1695-1815 (often includes the marriage date of the parents), refers to the so called "Gele Klappers" (yellow indices) of the baptisms (dopen); they contain information from 157 towns; they contain more than 1 million names. The cities of Brielle, Delft, Dordrecht, Gorinchem (Gorkum), Gouda, 's-Gravenhage (Den Haag or The Hague), Leyden, Maassluis, Rotterdam, Schiedam, and Vlaardingen (with their annexed municipalities) are not included in this index.
