What they have referred to is the difficulty of finding missing <nowiki><div></nowiki> or <nowiki></div></nowiki> tags in articles which  can really mess up a page. You will undoubtly run into this problem as well.  You can use '''Ctrl+F''' to find all the div tags but it will not help you find matching pairs of opening and closing <nowiki><div></nowiki> tags.
