Merrill White was born and raised in Sparks Nevada and served a mission to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from BYU with a BA in History and Minor in Music. While at BYU he was a Tuba player in Power of the Wasatch Cougar Marching Band. He was worked for FamilySearch for the last 14 years and served in various assignments and roles including managing the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. He currently serves as the Manager for the Discovery Center Initiative. He resides with his beautiful wife and 5 children in South Jordan, Utah.
