Deaths before 1914 are limited.&nbsp;The index for these records lists a parish code number, volume and certificate number.&nbsp;The films are organized by year, parish name, and volume number.&nbsp;&nbsp;The parish code numbers are effective for&nbsp;entire time period the index covers.&nbsp;Death certificates can be accessed by year, then volume number or parish name, and then certificate number.&nbsp; Use the following chart to&nbsp;match the appropriate parish code and name. &nbsp;
