Information[edit | edit source]
Saudi Arabia is located in West Asia, occupying the majority of the Arabian Peninsula and bordered by Jordan, Iraq, and Kuwait to the north and Yemen, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar to the south. Unlike many other Arab nations, Saudi Arabia did not experience direct colonial rule and has been governed by the House of Saud since the 18th century.
The official language is Arabic. English is also commonly used in business and education.
