Installed on a 100 thousand square meter plot, with integrated museum wings and outdoors, which contemplate themes such as: Landscape Goods, History of Private Life, Sociability and Cooperativism portray the culture and history of Dutch Immigration and also its relations with different ethnic groups who settled here and together occupied the territory today constituted as the municipality of Carambeí.

It was founded on September 26, 1931, with the main objective of preserving the history of Paranaguá, making it useful with regard to education and culture. The Museum's collection already has about 600 pieces, including photos, works of art, everyday objects of the pioneers, documents and others. Its space is divided between the Permanent Exhibition divided into several phases, and the Temporary Exhibition. The Museum's team develops various educational activities, including the Literarte Workshop, which receives children and adolescents twice a week at the museum to experience activities that bring together history and art.

In addition to the wide green area of ​​Parque Tingüi, the visitor finds, right at the entrance, with the portal and, further on, the replica of the old chapel of São Miguel, Serra do Tigre, municipality of Mallet-Pr, with its golden dome , built in wood, in Byzantine style, where there is a permanent exhibition of pêssankas (hand-painted eggs), icons and embroidery. Next to the chapel is the belfry, which symbolizes the integration into the new land and the importance of religion as a maintainer of cultural unity. In a typical Ukrainian architecture house, there is a souvenir shop, where handmade products are sold. The Memorial has a stage and a giant peach, made by the artist Jorge Seratiuk. Folkloric demonstrations and typical ethnic festivals take place with the support of the Cultural Foundation of Curitiba and the Ukrainian community:
