• https://www.almanachdegotha.org/index.html -- Pedigrees of royal and noble families. Not medieval focused.

Prosopography

• https://independentcrusadersproject.ace.fordham.edu/home -- A database of "Independent crusaders," meaning soldiers, usually aristocrats, who partook in "journeys to the eastern crusading frontier apart from the major, canonically-numbered crusade expeditions."

Reference

• https://fmg.ac/ -- Foundation for Medieval Genealogy. Contains lists of relevant books, links to online projects, and the annual publication, Foundations.
• https://mdr-maa.org/resource/ -- Digital resources for medieval research. Not strictly genealogical.
• https://sites.rootsweb.com/~medieval/faq.htm -- A newsgroup dedicated to medieval genealogy. This site is open to public posting and therefore the accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

England

Genealogies

• https://www.medievalgenealogy.org.uk/families/hists.shtml -- A list of online pedigrees of medieval British families, organized alphabetically. Accuracy will vary by publicaton.
• https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/royalty -- Biographical information for the royalty of England and Scotland.

Land, Legal, and Tax Records

• https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/e179/default.asp -- A searchable database of taxation records known as the "King's Rememberancer."
• https://consistory.org/ -- Digitized and searchable testimonies appearing in the Consistory Court of London in the late 1400s. Approximately half of these are concerning marriage conflicts, while the rest cover debts, wills, and other elements of daily life.
• https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/manor-search -- A register of the location of extant manorial documents. These are some of the best documents for researching the average medieval farmer.
• https://inquisitionspostmortem.ac.uk/ -- Mapping the Medieval Countryside with Inquisitions Post Mortem, which are land records determining the division of land after the death of the landholder. Family relationships are often mentioned in these records.
• https://archbishopsregisters.york.ac.uk/home_page/index -- Digitized images from the Registers of the Archbishop of York created between 1225 and 1650.

Occupations

• https://www.medievalsoldier.org/ -- A searchable database of English soldiers who served between 1369 and 1453.

• https://www.myjacobfamily.com/historical%20manuscripts/vessels.html -- A non-comprehensive list of Shipmasters and their Vessels from 1200-1500.
• https://www.myjacobfamily.com/goldsmiths/goldsmiths.htm -- A non-comprehensive list of goldsmiths in England, 1100-1500.

Prosopography

• https://medievallondoners.ace.fordham.edu/ -- A digital database of the people of London between 1100 and 1520 that is searchable by name, occupation, and other details, with citations to the orginal sources
• https://www.englandsimmigrants.com/ -- Covering 1330-1550, this database utilizes mainly tax records to form a prosopography of 64,000 immigrants to England.
• https://pase.ac.uk/ -- Prosopography of Anglo-Saxon England. Covers individuals from the late 500s-1000s, taken from a variety of written sources.

• https://mapoflondon.uvic.ca/agas.htm -- A very detailed map of London circa 1633, giving a look at the city before it was almost completely destroyed by the Great Fire in 1666. Includes citations to primary and secondary sources.

Scotland

• https://poms.ac.uk/ -- People of Medieval Scotland. A database of all known people of Scotland between 1093 and 1314 mentioned in over 8600 contemporary documents.
• https://cotr.ac.uk/ -- Community of the Realm in Scotland, a counterpart to People of Medieval Scotland. Covering 1249-1424, this database includes digitized records from Medieval Scotland, particularly during the time of the War of Independence with England.

France

• http://www.menestrel.fr/ -- A resource for Medieval France. Not genealogically focused, but links to primary sources, scholarship, and websites that can include genealogical information.
• https://gallica.bnf.fr/selections/fr/html/histoire/ressources-genealogiques -- Digitized original French sources. Not completely medieval, but does have pedigrees of some French noble families and other original records from prior to 1500.
• https://www.francogene.com/gfna/index.htm -- Genealogies of French in North America. Not strictly medieval but does include DNA projects and profiles on all Les Filles du Roi (King's Daughters).

Germany

• https://www.mediaevum.de/ -- Although not genealogically focused, an excellent resource for medieval German sources and scholarship.

Austria

Netherlands

• https://memo.sites.uu.nl/ -- A database of approximately 5000 gravemarkers and memorials from the Netherlands, 1000-1700 AD, many with images.

Russia and Eastern Europe

• http://genealogy.obdurodon.org/index.php -- A genealogy of European royalty and nobility with Rusian roots. Lists sources.
