Forms[edit | edit source]
My Ancestors and My Ancestors’ Descendant These two forms are very similar. As you accumulate data, you will start recognizing names. An alphabetical listing of your ancestors and your ancestors’ descendants will make it easier for you to find a required person’s information.
Both these forms, as with the ‘Address and Telephone Directory form do not have the letters of the alphabet indicated. Start off by alphabetically labeling copied sheets of this form in the upper corner.
Indicate all variations in the spelling of the name and include all given names and nicknames.
You will save valuable time when trying to gather more information on the same ancestor or descendant of an ancestor.
